Who counts as a seat?+−
One seat is one learner account. You choose how many learners to enrol, and you can add more at any time during your billing period.
Do teachers pay for an account?+−
No. Teacher accounts are included so staff can track their classes, use the Mastery Radar and set targeted practice.
Can we switch billing periods?+−
Yes. You can move to a different billing period when your current one ends.
How do we pay?+−
Parents pay for learner access, with invoicing handled through the school. Our team will share payment options during onboarding.
Can parents sign up their ward individually?+−
Not at the moment. Preppee is currently available through participating schools, with prices set per learner at school level.
Can we try Preppee before we commit?+−
Yes. Every school gets a 30-day free trial when it onboards. Use every feature with your own learners and teachers, then choose a plan when the trial ends.
What happens when the free 30 days end?+−
We check in with your school before the trial ends. If you continue, you choose monthly, termly or yearly billing. If not, nothing is charged.
